Exhibition Night

Last night, April 17th, was exhibition night here at HTH. Overall, it was pretty good. It wasn't particularly exciting, but nothing went wrong. It ran smoothly, and my partner and I were able to answer all the questions posed to us succesfully. Emily and I were partners for Humanities, and we spent most of the shift answering people questions and drawing our character sketches. Yleana was my partner in Physics, and the same can be said for that shift. We answered questions and explained the process of Photo making and development to our audience.

In Humanities, Emily and my strengths were in answering questions and explaining our story's plot line. We could fully explain the plot line without over doing the details. But, we did not engage passing bystanders. Unless people came over to our table, we did not speak to them.

In Physics, Yleana and I were also very good at answering questions posed by the audience. We could explain why our pictures looked a certain way, why they didn't come out, how focal length, exposure time, and all of those variables affected out photo. Once again, we did not engage the passerby, but rather waited for them to come to us.

There was nothing particularly challenging about Exhibition night. Emily and I experienced a bit of difficulty in setting up out table nicely but still quickly. It had to look neat, but we had to find someway to do that hurriedly.

Next year, I don't think i would change very much. Because it ran quite smoothly as it was this year. Maybe research a little more on our historical topics and physics topics, just to be more sure that I knew the matter we were talking about. Other than that, I wouldn't change much.
